Old Soul New Home

Interiors, old & new

Where old souls make new homes.

I mix flea-market patina with clean modern lines — the splurge with the steal — and share every room along the way.

Who's behind it

The Story

I'm Nora — a lifelong thrifter, a recovering maximalist, and a firm believer that the best rooms are never bought all at once.

Old Soul New Home is where I mix the things I love without apology: a chipped antique mirror over a flat-pack console, a proper designer sofa dressed down with a twelve-dollar quilt. High and low, old and new — the trick was never the budget, it's the pairing. This little site is where the designs live; the day-to-day, and where to find most of it, is over on social.

The whole idea

A room should feel collected, not decorated — like it has a past, and isn't quite done yet.

A gathered collection

The Designs

A few of the rooms and corners I've put together. New reveals land on Instagram and TikTok first — this is where the keepers live.

The Slow Living Room

A velvet flea-market sofa, a brand-new wool rug, and a coffee table that used to be a workbench.

One good splurge of a chair, one thrifted lamp, and a leaning stack of books doing the rest.
